And Two Steps Back

Yeah, those snowdrops A. saw peeking hopefully out of the ground the other day? They're now covered with a foot of snow. And it's still snowing.

Cubby is not amused. Me, either.

Oh no! A whole foot? That is a lot. We always get the largest snowfall in March, so I'm bracing myself for a lot this year...
Love the hat!

I don't know, looks like he is having a gender crisis to me. Outfit with bear wearing pink ribbons but little hat with cars on it. Confusing--but warm!

Cubby looks pensive. Could he be contemplating his fortune (born in upstate New York instead of Florida)? I'm certainly still wondering how I ended up an Okie.

He does look pretty concerned. Tell him not to worry, it CAN'T last much longer - right?

We are heading home this weekend and would love to make a visit if you're up for it. Will call...

Anonymous: Exactly--WARM. That was the ONLY pair of newborn-sized fleece p.j.s at the store. It was on the clearance rack for three bucks. He doesn't seem to mind the lime green and hot pink. I think it's rather fetching, myself.

We here on the Other Coast are about to get another bout of the wet/white stuff, too. Stay warm, stay dry. Cubby looks adorable.

Cubby , cubby not to worry. Momma's stories of spring and warmth really are true. Don't let the white blanket of death scare you.
It is a cubby bear on the warm snuggly tho. Take the trusty razor blade and scissors and snip off the bow. :)Beth

Cubby is looking very concerned. Show him the pictures of your home last summer. That should help ease his frown lines.

Unamused he is, but he is also adorable. Still adorable as can be, no matter what he wears!

Well, at least there's two things to measure for growth--Cubby and the snow.

That boy means business. You can just tell.

I'm sorry your life is buried under so much snow. It sounds horrifying.
